Adopt A Soldier

Care Package Project

In support of the Kentucky National Guard 206th Engineer Battalion, classes, clubs, and organizations from the Daviess County Public Schools participated in the Adopt A Soldier Care Package Project during the 2019-2020 school year.

​

Each group adopted a soldier and prepared two care packages over the course of the school year.   This project was a unique opportunity to get to know each soldier individually with each care package personalized and tailor fit based on varying needs.
